Namaste, dear Gardener.

Welcome to Month 4. You may be thinking this month is about food—about purees, spoons, and bibs. But I invite you to look deeper. This month is about the Awakening of the Will. When your child reaches for a spoon, they are not just asking for food; they are saying, “I am here, and I wish to partake in the world.”

This week, we do not focus on the calories. We focus on the ceremony. We are building the bridge between the hand and the mouth, the most sophisticated highway in the developing brain.
